Restaurant OS · approaching pilot

The operating system for your whole restaurant.

One connected system from the guest’s first order to the owner’s end-of-day numbers — front of house, kitchen, staff, inventory, and financials on a single data layer. Not another POS.

One connected system

Every part of the restaurant, on one platform.

Each app shares the same menu, staff, guests, and numbers — so nothing has to be reconciled between vendors.

IoT & Sensors

Temp, BLE/NFC & equipment monitoring — on the platform roadmap

One system. One data layer. Every app above shares the same customers, staff, menu, and numbers — nothing to reconcile between vendors.

Not another POS

One system replaces a drawer full of tools.

Most restaurants run four or five disconnected products that never agree. POS is just one module inside Restaurant OS — scheduling, inventory, reservations, and the back office all live in the same system, on the same data.

  • Separate POS that owns your data
  • A scheduling app that doesn’t know sales
  • Inventory in a spreadsheet
  • Reservations from another vendor
  • Payroll reports that arrive too late
  • Owner reconciling locations by hand

Where it stands

Substantially built. Now approaching pilot.

The full restaurant system — owner control center, waiter, host, and kitchen-display apps, scheduling, inventory, and financials — is built and running on live demo data, and is now approaching pilot with its first operators. Guided demos of the working system are available today.

On the platform roadmap

Connected hardware & sensors, as the platform grows.

VexaOS is built to connect the physical restaurant too — temperature and cold-storage monitoring, BLE/NFC and equipment sensors, and on-site devices reporting into the same system. These arrive progressively; we’ll always tell you exactly what’s live versus on the roadmap.

Connected Operations: live sensor zones, equipment tiles with temperatures and battery, and active alerts like a walk-in freezer door left open.
Connected Operations — sensors, equipment temperatures, and alerts across the building, on the same platform.

A live demo walks your menu, floor, and numbers through the working system — then we talk about a pilot.
