Introducing

VexaOs Mobile Gateway

Intelligence.Without boundaries.

VexaOs Mobile Gateway concept render: a sculpted matte-black enclosure with four corner fasteners, fold-flat side antennas, a covered USB-C port and a thin blue status light.

Four technologies. One powerful connection.

Your operation never stops moving. Your visibility shouldn’t either. Meet the next evolution of connected infrastructure: a portable industrial gateway being engineered to bring sensors, assets and remote environments together through one intelligent platform.

LoRaWAN.Bluetooth.Wi-Fi.4G LTE.

Four technologies. One powerful connection.

The idea

The world doesn’t stand still. Neither should your data.

Traditional monitoring assumes infrastructure stays in place. Real businesses move. The VexaOs Mobile Gateway is being engineered to connect moving equipment, remote infrastructure, wireless sensors and critical assets to one intelligent monitoring environment.

  • 01Trucks cross state lines.
  • 02Machinery works across enormous properties.
  • 03Temperature-sensitive shipments travel between facilities.
  • 04Equipment operates far from the nearest network.
  • 05Critical assets leave the building.

This is not simply a wireless router. It is a developing industrial edge connectivity platform, intended to collect, organize, protect and deliver operational sensor data wherever business happens.

One gateway. Four wireless technologies. A world of possibilities.

Four technologies. One vision.

Four networks. One device.

Different technologies. One connected operation.

The gateway travels with the vehicle, collects readings from compatible onboard sensors, and is designed to send them to VexaOs Cloud over 4G LTE.
  • BLE
  • 4G LTE
  • GNSS

Intended applications

  • Reefer temperature
  • Cargo humidity
  • Trailer door
  • Gateway location
  • Transport event histories
  • Excursion alerts
  • Shipment visibility
  • Fleet monitoring
  • High-value equipment transport
  • Remote refrigerated assets

02Precision agriculture

The field is talking. Start listening.

Turn remote agricultural data into decisions.

The challenge
Farms spread across dispersed areas where conditions change by the hour and checking means driving out.

Questions

Questions, answered plainly.

What is the VexaOs Mobile Gateway?

An upcoming portable industrial connectivity device designed to collect data from compatible sensors and transmit operational information to the VexaOs platform.

Does it require Wi-Fi?

The intended cellular architecture supports remote operation without relying on a site Wi-Fi network, provided supported cellular coverage and service are available.

Does it support LoRaWAN?

Multichannel LoRaWAN gateway capability is planned as part of the product architecture.

Can it work on farms?

Agricultural monitoring is one of its primary intended applications, subject to appropriate sensor selection, network coverage, environmental protection and power configuration.

Can it work inside a truck?

Mobile fleet and shipment monitoring are core design scenarios. Automotive power, mounting, antenna performance, vibration and cellular coverage still require engineering validation.

Can I use my existing sensors?

The product aims to support compatible third-party sensors. Specific brands, protocols and models will be published as integrations are completed and tested.

Does it use a SIM card?

The currently evaluated cellular development hardware supports a Nano SIM. Final SIM provisioning and carrier support will be confirmed before release.

Will it work without power?

Rechargeable battery operation is planned. Actual runtime will depend on the completed battery system, sensor configuration, network activity and operating conditions.

Can it use solar power?

Solar-assisted operation is under evaluation for compatible outdoor installations.

Does it provide GPS tracking?

GNSS-enabled gateway location reporting is planned. Individual connected sensors do not automatically become GPS trackers.

What happens when cellular reception disappears?

A local store-and-forward mechanism is planned to buffer compatible readings and transmit them when connectivity is restored. Final data retention and failure behavior require validation.

Can it monitor medical shipments?

Medical transport telemetry is a potential future application. The product is not currently certified or represented as suitable for life-critical medical monitoring.

When will it launch?

The product is in active development. The launch schedule has not been announced.

Can I preorder?

No. There is no preorder program. Join the launch list to hear about development milestones and early-access opportunities.

Everything connected.Everywhere it matters.
